Yesterday was my first author book signing at Chapters Chinook in Calgary, Alberta. It was big moment for our family and for our soul journey. The most emotional moment for me was watching my son sign Noble Victory for a customer. It was like we had come full circle -- from a place of fear and uncertainty to a place of power and courage. I am so proud of you, my son, for showing the world the true voice of autism.

The principles of equality, fairness, and justice have always been very important to me. As a lawyer, I always tried my best to ensure that everyone was treated fairly, and that justice was served. When my son was diagnosed with autism, I became a passionate advocate for autism awareness, acceptance, and inclusion. My son has given me a very important responsibility--to ensure that everyone who has autism is treated fairly and justly.
